TACOMA, WASH. - After winning the Pacific Division and locking up the second seed in the Western Conference with 49 points (14-6-4), Tacoma Defiance begins its postseason campaign Sunday evening by hosting third-seeded Houston Dynamo 2 in the Western Conference Semifinals at Starfire Stadium (7:30 p.m. PT / mlsnextpro.com).

Dynamo 2 finished second in the Frontier Division with 49 points (14-5-5). The two sides have faced each other on two separate occasions this year, with the home side winning both contests. Tacoma defeated Houston 4-1 at Starfire Stadium on May 1 before Dynamo 2 beat Defiance 1-0 on June 26 in Texas.

The winner of tonight's match will play the winner of St. Louis CITY2 and North Texas SC, with the time and location to be determined later.
