Tacoma Defiance Hosts Austin FC II in Western Conference Semifinals

TACOMA, WASH. - MLS NEXT Pro today announced full details for the next round of the postseason, with Tacoma Defiance set to host Austin FC II in the Western Conference Semifinals on Sunday, October 8 at 7:00 p.m. PT at Starfire Stadium. Tickets for Sunday's match are on sale now, with the match being streamed on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.

Due to MLS NEXT Pros' new playoff format, Defiance was paired with Austin after Colorado Rapids 2 selected Earthquakes II as its opponent in the Semifinals. Defiance and Austin FC II faced off twice during the regular season, with each side winning its home fixture. Tacoma advanced to the Semifinals after defeating Houston Dynamo 2 4-3 in the Western Conference Quarterfinals on Sunday.
