TUKWILA, WASH. - Tacoma Defiance (3-2-1, 11 points) drew 0-0 with Whitecaps FC 2 (1-1-3, 7 points points) Sunday night at Starfire Stadium, winning the ensuing shootout to secure the extra point. Goalkeeper Andrew Thomas made three saves en route to a clean sheet, as well as two in the shootout as Defiance remains undefeated at home in 2024.
