
T-Bones, Goldeyes Suspended Due to Weather

KANSAS CITY, Kan. - Due to lightning, the Kansas City T-Bones game against the Winnipeg Goldeyes has been suspended.
The game is currently tied at four with one out in the top of the 11th inning. It will be resumed on Thursday morning at 11:05 and will be followed by the scheduled game for the day. The originally scheduled contest will now be seven innings instead of nine.
The two teams will play their doubleheader as scheduled tomorrow night. Both games will be seven innings. Luis Villarreal will take the mound in game one for Kansas City opposite Bear Bay and the Goldeyes. Chris Rhoads gets the call for the T-Bones against Zach Baldwin for Winnipeg in game two. First pitch of game one is set for 6:05.
