Suns Take Series Lead and Will Host Mobile in Southern League Playoffs Starting Saturday

JACKSONVILLE, FL - Your Second Half South Division Champion Jacksonville Suns are playing Mobile in the First Round of the Southern League Playoffs. Game 1 was held in Mobile last night and the Suns defeated the BayBears 5-4 to take a 1-0 Series lead! Game 2 will be held in Mobile tonight before the series shifts to Jacksonville for Game 3 tomorrow (Saturday) with a 7:05 start time. Games 4 and 5 will also be at Bragan Field if necessary and will be on Sunday, September 7th and Monday, September 8th respectively with all games beginning at 7:05.
As a special promotion for the First Round of the Playoffs all Kids 12 and under will get in free and all fans get a 2014 Suns Team Photo on Saturday Night for Game 3. Also on Saturday is our Saturday Night Shrimp Dinner courtesy of Sea Best! Get all you can eat breaded shrimp plus sides and a drink from 6-8 for just $16.50! Playoff Tickets are currently on sale at the Suns Box Office and you can purchase them in person, online at www.jaxsuns.com or by calling 904-358-2846. Playoff tickets will be sold at premium game pricing with Home Plate Box tickets will be $16.50, Reserved tickets will be $12.50 and General Admission is $10.50.
