Suns-Shorebirds Rained out on Monday

Hagerstown Suns News Release
Hagerstown, MD- The Hagerstown Suns and Delmarva Shorebirds contest scheduled for Monday, July 23 at 7:05 PM has been postponed due to rain. The two teams will make up the game as part of a double header on Thursday, July 26th with a 5:05 PM first pitch. Hagerstown and Delmarva will play the first game of the series on Tuesday, July 24 with a 7:05 PM first pitch.
Fans who purchased tickets to Monday's game can exchange those tickets for entry to any remaining regular season Suns game at Historic Municipal Stadium in 2018. Gates for Thursday's double header will open at 4:00 PM for Thirsty Thursday where fans can take advantage of beer specials starting at just $2.
Monday's postponement is the 14th weather effected game of the season for the Suns as well as the third this month and fourth of the second-half.
The Suns and Shorebirds will begin their series on Tuesday with a 7:05 PM first pitch to start the four-game set. The Suns will travel to Lakewood on Friday to begin a three-game set, ending the regular season series between the two clubs.
