Suns, BayBears Postponed Wednesday Afternoon

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The Wednesday afternoon meeting between the Mobile BayBears and Jacksonville Suns has been postponed because of heavy rain and thunderstorms throughout Duval County.
Wednesday's game will be made up as part of a Thursday evening doubleheader featuring two seven-inning games starting at 6:05 p.m. ET. Suns LH James Adkins will make his Double-A debut in game one while RH James McDonald starts for Jacksonville in game two.
Tickets for Wednesday's rainout can be exchanged for a ticket to any remaining regular season game at the Suns box office, Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville, 301 A. Philip Randolph Blvd.
Tickets for Thursday's originally scheduled game are now good for both games.
Birdzerk will perform on Thursday evening, and fans can enjoy Buds for a Buck and other great drink specials on Thursday Throwdown. Tickets are available through the Suns box office at (904) 358-2846 or by visiting jaxsuns.com.
