JACKSONVILLE, FL - Your Jacksonville Suns return to the Baseball Grounds on Sunday, May 6th and will be home through Thursday, May 10th with five games against the Mobile BayBears (ARI) in a battle for first place in the Southern League South Division.

The Homestand kicks off on Sunday and it's Southpaw's Birthday with a special appearance from Billie the Marlin & Jaxson de Ville, Southpaw Color-Me-Magnet Giveaway, Kids Half Price Tickets and Kids Run the Bases! Join Southpaw, Billie the Marlin, Jaxson de Ville and all of their mascot friends for a special whiffle ball game at 5:15 and cake to celebrate Southpaw's Birthday! All kids half price tickets and will receive a Southpaw Color-Me-Magnet and a Birthday Cake Ice Cream Treat, courtesy of Blue Bell Ice Cream, VyStar Credit Union, Fox 30 and Jack 107.3! Be sure to stick around after the game for Kids Run the Bases, presented by VyStar Credit Union!

Monday is Celebration of Reading Day #2! This special 11:05 A.M. matinee welcomes school kids from across the area for a day of baseball plus a special banner contest.

Fifty Cent Family Feast returns on Tuesday and it's also PTA Night, Disabled Services Night & Gate Tuesday Night Tickets! Enjoy $.50 hot dogs, peanuts and ice cream treats, sponsored by Oscar Mayer, Hampton Farms, Blue Bell Ice Cream, Folio Weekly and Lite 96.1! Before the game PTA members will be recognized on the field and all PTA members get ticket discounts at the box office courtesy of Community First Credit Union of Florida! It's also Disabled Services Night courtesy of the City of Jacksonville! Present a receipt from any local GATE Gas Station at the Suns Box Office for Buy One-Get-One Tickets!

Wednesday afternoon is a Businessperson Special! $15.50 gets a Homeplate Box seat, large hot dog and large beverage of choice. It's Baseball in the SUNShine sponsored by WOKV!

The Party returns on Thursday as the homestand closes with Thursday Night Throwdown & Nurses Night! Enjoy Buds for a Buck and 2 for 1 Cocktails at the hottest spot in Jacksonville! It's also Nurses Night, all nurses receive half-off HomePlate Box tickets with employee ID courtesy of Baptist Health! After the game the party continues at Maverick's! Tickets are $7.50 for general admission, $10.50 for reserved seating and $13.50 for Homeplate Box seating. Limited sponsorships, season tickets and group packages are still available.
