Arizona Sundogs News Release
PRESCOTT VALLEY, AZ - The Arizona Sundogs continue their season-long home stand this week as they close up their three-game set against Rio Grande Valley before welcoming the Texas Brahmas to Tim's Toyota Center this weekend.

Friday vs. Rio Grande Valley, 5-4 (SO) Overtime Loss
The Sundogs and Bees went back and forth in the contest as Arizona's Luke Erickson scored his second power play goal of the third period to knot the score at 4-4 and force overtime. Tomas Klempa scored the shootout and game-winner in round six for the Bees to earn the win.
Saturday vs. Rio Grande Valley, 4-2 Loss
Trailing 3-0 entering the third period, Arizona punched in two quick goals to close the gap the one including a strike from Daymen Rycroft for the 200th goal of his career. But Tomas Klempa added an empty-net goal with 22 seconds to go to seal the win for the Bees.

Friday's game marked Daymen Rycroft's return to the Sundogs line for the first time since November 9th at Laredo. Luke Erickson's two power play goals on Friday against the Bees both came in the third period. Arizona scored three power goals on Friday, just the second time this season Arizona has scored three goals on the man advantage in one game. This weekend's games against the Brahmas will be the final meetings this season between the clubs - Arizona is 2-2-0 against the Brahmas this season.
