AUGUSTA, Ga. - Due to the inclement weather, the Augusta GreenJackets Kids' Day Sunday game versus the Asheville Tourists has been postponed. The game will be rescheduled as part of a doubleheader on Monday evening with the first pitch of game one slated for 5:05pm. Game two will begin 30 minutes after the conclusion of game one.
Monday's doubleheader will be held as a part of regular Feed Your Face Monday festivities, with eight all-you-can-eat items available for all fans in attendance. Menu items for Monday night will include: Maurice's BBQ, Chicken Condon Bleu, Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Chicken Nuggets, Popcorn, Mozzarella Sticks, and Mac & Cheese Bites and will be available from 5:30pm through 8pm at the First Base Concession Stand.
Gates open at 4:30pm at Lake Olmstead Stadium and all tickets purchased for Mondays game are good for both ends of the doubleheader. Tickets for Sunday's game can be exchanged to any future GreenJackets baseball game during the 2013 season. For ticket exchanges on Monday games, there is a $4 fee because of the Feed-Your-Face Promotion and a $1 fee is required for exchanges for Fireworks Friday games.
