Sunday Match vs Seattle Approaches

Gold fans, make sure you know about all of the pre-match activities for our home game against the Seattle Seawolves on Sunday, April 2nd at 2:00 PM.

The day will get off to a fast start with the curtain-raising Brett Goodell Invitational, a mini collegiate rugby tournament between Memphis, University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and Southeastern Louisiana. Played in honor of the late Brett Goodell, the action will start at 11:15 AM!

With Easter around the corner, the Gold Mine will turn into a plastic egg hatchery for a short while - that is, we'll have a pregame Easter egg hunt for our younger audience! Hunters will have to muster up all of their wit, guile, and navigational acumen to find eggs hidden by the Easter Bunny itself. The hunt will kick off at 1:00 PM near Lot E.

Finally, April 2nd is Global Autism Awareness Day! The promotion item for the occasion is a customized NOLA Gold x Autism Speaks drawstring backpack. All proceeds from the weekly Tennis Ball Toss will be donated to Autism Speaks, an organization that enhances the lives of and finds solutions for families with Autism.
