Sun Celebrate Back To School Day With Retro Lunch Boxes

UNCASVILLE, Conn. (August 28, 2008) - On Sunday, August 31st, Connecticut Sun fans will not only welcome the team home from the Olympic Break, but will also celebrate Back To School Day at Mohegan Sun Arena.

The first 3,000 children 12 and under who enter Mohegan Sun Arena for the game against the Seattle Storm - which tips off at 1 p.m. - will receive a Connecticut Sun Retro Lunch Box, presented by Comcast, to mark the start of a new school year.

"We are very excited to be starting the season again here at home at Mohegan Sun Arena on Sunday," Sun general manager Chris Sienko said. "It should be a very exciting game against Seattle, a team that is very much in the playoff hunt in the Western Conference."

As the Sun make a push for the playoffs again in 2008, tickets for the remaining home games are available and can be purchased on www.ticketmaster.com or in person at the Mohegan Sun Box Office.
