SAN DIEGO, California - The Strike Force have added wide receiver Isaiah Bernard to their 2020 Indoor Football League roster.
Bernard (6-1, 190, University of Hawai'i at Manoa) joins San Diego for his first season in the IFL. Collegiately he appeared in 19 games from 2015-2018. He recorded seven starts, 266 yards on 22 receptions and one touchdown.
"Isaiah has the ability to stretch the field vertically and does an excellent job of creating a big passing window with catching the ball away from his body," said Strike Force General Manager Ryan Eucker. "We're looking forward to seeing him compete in training camp within a talented group of receivers."
Before Hawaii, he played two seasons for Glendale Community College where he led the team in receiving as a freshman with 687 yards on 47 receptions and eight touchdowns. During his second season he had 21 receptions for 280 yards and three touchdowns earning himself all-American Conference Pacific Division honors. A native of San Fernando Valley, California he attended Chaminade College Preparatory helping his high school team to the Mission League Championship and appearance in the CIF Southern Section Western Division II championship game. He totaled 618 yards on 43 receptions during his time with CCP.
