(Charlottetown, PE) The Island STORM increased their division leading lead in the Atlantic of NBL Canada with a 114-104 win over second place Halifax Rainmen Thursday night at Eastlink Centre in Charlottetown. It also pushes the STORM win streak to 7, second longest in franchise history
Brandon Robinson led the way for the STORM scoring 25 points on 10 for 16 shooting. Rashad Whack scored 17 points to go along with 3 for 3 from behind the arc at a crucial time in the game for the STORM. Nick Evans scored 13 to go with 8 rebounds.
Forrest Fisher and Cliff Clinkscales each scored 18 points to lead Halifax.
The STORM win sets up a battle for first place overall in the NBL Friday night when the Windsor Express visit Eastlink for a 7pm starter.
