Storm rains out Nats game with K-Tribe

WOODBRIDGE, Va.- The second game of the Potomac Nationals three-game series with the Kinston Indians has been postponed due to heavy rainstorms. The game will be rescheduled as part of a doubleheader tomorrow, Sunday, beginning at 1:05 p.m.

Tickets for Saturday's game can be exchanged at the Potomac Nationals Box Office for a future date excluding July 4th and the playoffs.

Fans who bought tickets for Sunday's game are eligible to attend both games of the doubleheader.

The Nationals will resume play tomorrow with the Indians wrapping up the three-game set beginning at 1:05 p.m. as right-hander Craig Stammen (1-1, 2.03) is scheduled to start for Potomac against right-hander Carlton Smith (3-2, 3.70) in game one of the doubleheader. Game two will follow approximately 30 minutes after and will feature 24-year-old Adrian Alaniz (7-0, 2.72) against righty Jeanmar Gomez (2-5, 5.80). Both games will be seven innings.

Sunday is "Autograph Sunday" at Pfitzner Stadium, as two P-Nats players will be signing autographs before the game. Kids are also welcome to runs the bases after game presented by Glory Days Grill. For more information, please call (703) 590-2311 or visit www.potomacnationals.com.
