Sioux Falls Storm News Release
The Sioux Falls Storm (7-1) is on the road this week at the Tyson Event Center in Sioux City to face the Bandits (4-3). The Storm look for another dominant victory over the bandits, having won 57-23 in the last meeting between the two teams.
The Storm are coming off a big win as last week defeating the Colorado Ice (0-8) 41-28. Sioux Falls was led by James Terry, who is now the all time leader for all-purpose yards and receiving yards for the Storm. Terry had 5 receptions for 53 yards and a touchdown. He also had 5 rushing attempts for 52 yards and touchdown as well. The Storm defense also played a big role in the victory over the Ice by holding Colorado to 175 total yards.
The Bandits are coming off one of their biggest wins of the season with a huge upset in Sioux City this past week as they defeated the Wild with a nail biting score of 48-47. Wichita's main fatality in the game was penalties with a total of 14 and the field goal kicking of the Bandits, Shane Hudnal.
