Charlotte Stone Crabs News Release

After a 13-inning loss Tuesday, the Stone Crabs head to Fort Myers for a 7 p.m. first pitch with the Fort Myers Miracle on Wednesday.

RHP Stephen Woods Jr. makes the start for Charlotte, against LHP Tyler Watson of the Miracle.

Coverage of the game begins at 6:45 p.m. on the Stone Crabs Baseball Network.

MAGIC NUMBER - 7

The Fort Myers Miracle rallied for three runs in the top of the 13th Tuesday, beating the Stone Crabs 4-2 in the first game of a three-game series. The Charlotte bullpen had gone 7.2 scoreless frames before the Miracle rally. Despite the loss, the Stone Crabs' magic number to clinch the division shrunk to seven, because of St. Lucie's loss to Clearwater.
