Stockton, Calif. - The Stockton Heat, proudly owned by the NHL's Calgary Flames, announce the reassignment of forward Matt Bailey to the club's ECHL affiliate, the Adirondack Thunder.
Bailey, 25, joined Stockton in the offseason after he played in 118 AHL games in the Anaheim Ducks system with the San Diego Gulls and Norfolk Admirals. The Winnipeg, MAN native amassed 32 points (14-18-32) in his AHL career, but had yet to make an appearance this season with the Heat.
