
Stingrays Plan To Visit Edisto Island Serpentarium

NORTH CHARLESTON, SC The South Carolina Stingrays will visit the Edisto Island Serpentarium on Saturday, September 4 at 8:00 AM. The public is welcome to tour The Edisto Island Serpentarium with members of the team.
This promotion with be a great opportunity to meet some of the Stingrays and get to tour one of the best family valued attractions in the Lowcountry. Cool Ray, the Stingrays mascot will also join in the fun! Fans can register for your chance to win a Stingrays Bobble Head Doll or even a REAL game worn Jersey!
Rob Constantinou, from 950 ESPN radio will be on hand doing a live broadcast from The Serpentarium from 8am till 11 am, interviewing Stingray players and coaches. Scheduled players include Kirk Daubenspeck and Mike Jickling along with Assistant Coach Jared Bednar and Head Coach Jason Fitzsimmons! The Stingrays will drop the puck against the Charlotte Checkers on October 23rd to open their home schedule. The Rays have teamed up with the South Carolina Education Lottery to give three lucky fans in attendance on opening night 1,000 chances at winning a minimum of 10 million dollars. Fans that purchase season ticket packages for as little as $55.50 will be given even more chances to win.
