
Stingrays Add Wesolek to Front Office

North Charleston, SC -- The South Carolina Stingrays announced Monday the addition of Jake Wesolek as Ticket Sales Manager. The position is effective immediately.
Wesolek, 25, joins the Stingrays from the American Hockey League's Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben Knights, where he spent the 2006-07 season as the Director of Game Day Operations. As a Ticket Sales Manager, Wesolek's role with the Stingrays includes generating both group and season ticket sales in addition to assisting with the season ticket renewal process.
The native of Saginaw, Michigan is a 2002 graduate of Central Michigan University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Commercial Recreation and Facility Management. Upon graduation, Wesolek spent the next four years with the Ontario Hockey League's Saginaw Spirit, doubling as the Director of Game Day Operations and as an Account Executive.
