
Steven L. Point to Visit Prospera Centre on Wednesday

Chilliwack BC - The Chilliwack Bruins are pleased to announce that BC Lieutenant Governor, Chilliwack's Steven L. Point, will be in attendance at the Bruins - Thunderbirds game this Wednesday. His honour will be dropping the ceremonial faceoff puck at centre ice prior to the contest, will address the crowd, and will also meet and greet Bruins fans during the first period intermission on the concourse.
'The Chilliwack Bruins are honoured to host the Lieutenant Governor,' comments Bruins President Darryl Porter. 'The honourable Mr. Point, being born in Chilliwack, represents what everyone in this community can aspire to be. We look forward to welcoming His Honour back home on Wednesday night.'
