
Sterk Named Becker Shoes Player of the Week

The Owen Sound Attack has named overage forward Josh Sterk the Becker Shoes Player of the Week for the week ending Sunday, January 3rd.
Sterk collected points in all three games last week, gathering an assist in a victory over North Bay, another assist in a loss to Mississauga and three assists in an overtime loss to the Oshawa Generals which garnered him a 1st star performance.
Sterk's five points in a three game span has set him atop the scoring chart for the Attack with 29 points. Saturday's loss to the Generals was the Georgetown natives 275th regular season game of his OHL Career.
The Attack is back in action this week when they travel to Windsor and Sarnia, followed by a home date on Saturday night against the Eastern Conference leading Kingston Frontenacs.
