
Stephen Silas 60th in NHL Central Scouting Final North American Rankings

Belleville Bulls defenceman Stephen Silas is 60th in the NHL Central Scouting Final North American Rankings for the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. The NHL Central Scouting final rankings list the top North American and European players eligible for the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. The 2010 NHL Entry Draft will be held June 25-26 in Los Angeles, California.
Silas finished second in Bulls scoring this past season with four goals and 45 assists in 66 games played. He is currently overseas representing Canada at the World Under 18 Hockey Championship. The Georgetown, Ontario native also participated in the Subway Super Series and the Home Hardware CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game this season and has been invited to take part in the NHL Scouting Combine May 24-29 in Toronto. Silas was Belleville's first round pick in the 2008 OHL Priority Selection.
The Bulls have had at least one player selected in each of the past six NHL Entry Drafts including Andy Bathgate who was taken by the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2009.
