Steelheads Announce 2018 Hockey Camp

The Mississauga Steelheads are happy to announce that registration is now open for the 2018 Steelheads Minor Hockey Development Camp. In partnership with the Mississauga Hockey League, the Steelheads will help give kids a head start on the 2018/19 season from August 20th to 24th at the Hershey Center. New this year, there will be two sessions offering a total of 60 spots. Each Day the 6-9 age group will run from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm and ages 10-13 will run 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

Now in its sixth year, the camp will include instruction from Steelheads' coaching staff and players. Participants will receive fitness training from our athletic therapist, receive a jersey, partake in a dressing room tour and will have a chance to take pictures with and get autographs from both Sauga and Steelhead players. The development camp is aimed at boys and girls aged 6-13 playing at the house league, select or 'A' levels.

Be sure to register now to reserve your spot, as there are only 60 spaces available.

Where: Hershey Centre, Rink #2

When: August 20th to 24th

Cost: $300 + HST per player

*Full equipment is required, and each day will consist of one hour of off-ice training and two hours of on-ice training.
