(St. Louis, March 5, 2004) -- The St. Louis Steamers look to extend their winning streak to four games with a March 6, 1:05 p.m. battle against the Cleveland Force at the St. Charles Family Arena. The Steamers are 2-0 this season against the Force, including a thrilling 6-5 comeback victory Jan. 30 at the Convo in Cleveland.

St. Louis Steamers goalkeeper Brett Phillips was named MISL Goalkeeper of the Month for February, and Steamers forward Steve Butcher was named MISL Offensive Player of the Week for the week leading up to the All-Star break. Butcher, who recently participated in his first MISL All-Star Game, has scored seven goals in his past three games and 28 goals for the season. The 25-year-old native of North Tonawanda, N.Y., ranks third in the MISL in goals and is tied for fifth in points with 42.

Cleveland (8-18) trails Baltimore by 11.0 games in the MISL Eastern Division. Following Saturday's game, the Steamers travel to Milwaukee to take on the Wave.
