CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa â The start of today's Cedar Rapids Kernels' Midwest League baseball game against the Peoria Chiefs has been pushed back to 1 p.m. because of rain.
The Kernels close out their seven-game homestand today. They have won the first two games against the Chiefs and four three overall. A win would move the Kernels into a second-place tie with Peoria in the Western Division.
Tickets for all Kernels games are available online at www.kernels.com, at the New Veterans Memorial Stadium ticket office or by phone at 896-7560.
