Minnesota United FC News Release
BLAINE, Minn. - Johnny Menyongar's 55th minute volley gave the NSC Minnesota Stars a lead against Miami FC, but a breakdown at the back let Paulo Araujo Jr. head home an equalizer in the 73rd minute. Goalkeeping was the story on the night, as both Miami's Caleb Patterson and the Stars' Joe Warren made key saves to preserve the draw. Three of Patterson's seven saves came from less than five yards out, and Warren stopped a penalty kick for the third consecutive game. The Stars are now 2-5-1 on the season. Miami has played to five consecutive draws to start its season.
