The NSC Minnesota Stars produced their best performance of 2011 to beat the Atlanta Silverbacks 3-0 on a cold Saturday night at NSC Stadium. Neil Hlavaty set up Jeff Cosgriff's diving header in the 17th minute, then scored from the penalty spot in the 57th. Lucas Rodriguez sealed the points from close range in the 66th minute on a feed from Devin Del Do. With the win, the Stars improve their record to 2-1-3 with nine points. Atlanta falls to 0-5-1 with just a single point.
