Stars Finalize Training Camp Roster

SALT LAKE CITY - The Salt Lake City Stars, the NBA G League affiliate of the Utah Jazz, have set their 2021 training camp roster, which is comprised of 13 players. Stars training camp begins today, with Media Day set for Monday, Nov. 1, at Zions Bank Basketball Campus.

The Stars' roster is highlighted by Jazz two-way players Malik Fitts and Trent Forrest, in addition to affiliate players Derrick Alston Jr., Nino Johnson and MaCio Teague.

The roster also includes: returning rights players (Marques Bolden and Alex Robinson); three 2021 NBA G League Draft selections (Pedro Bradshaw, JC Show and Zaire Wade); two local player tryout invitees (Brendan Bailey and KJ Feagin); and one player picked up from the post-draft available player pool (Will Tavares).

Alston Jr., Bolden, Johnson and Teague were all listed on the Jazz training camp roster as well.

The Stars' 2021-22 season tips-off on Friday, Nov. 5 at Oklahoma City at 6 p.m. (MT). The team will host their home opener on Wednesday, Nov. 17 at 7 p.m. (MT) vs. Santa Cruz at Bruin Arena on the campus of Salt Lake Community College in Taylorsville.
