
Standing Room Only Tickets for Chihuahuas vs. Padres Game Sold Out

EL PASO -The El Paso Chihuahuas announced today that standing room only (SRO) tickets and seats are SOLD OUT for tomorrow's exhibition game versus the San Diego Padres! The game will be televised locally on the El Paso-Las Cruces CW as part of a partnership with KVIA ABC7. First pitch is slated for 6:35 p.m.
The CW is available to everyone in the El Paso/Las Cruces region on 7.2 over the air. Viewers can also watch the game on Time Warner Cable channel 13, Comcast Cable channel 14, Direct TV and Dish Network on channels 8 and 17, respectively, and on AT&T U-verse channel 19.
"What a way to kick off 2016!" said El Paso Chihuahuas General Manager Brad Taylor. "Not only is Major League Baseball back in El Paso for the first time in 13 years but it shows that fans are excited and ready to see this year's Chihuahuas team."
The Chihuahuas open the 2016 season on April 15th versus the Reno Aces (Arizona Diamondbacks), the start of an eight-game homestand. Plenty of SRO tickets are still available for Opening Night. Fans are encouraged to buy now!
Tickets remain on sale for the team's first homestand which includes a Fireworks Spectacular on Saturday, Kid's Day Sunday, Military Monday, the first Baseball In Education day game Tuesday, April 20th, and Thrifty Thursday. The homestand also features a magnet schedule giveaway presented by Southwest University on April 18th.
