Calgary Stampeders News Release

The Calgary Stampeders are proud to launch a series of visits today in conjunction with the team's continuing partnership with Canadian Blood Services.

The visits are part of a campaign to encourage fans to donate blood and they build upon the Partners for Life program between the Stamps and Canadian Blood Services.

"You never know who you might save when you donate," said Stampeders defensive back Keon Raymond, who is the player rep for Canadian Blood Services and also a donor. "This is such an important program and I'm proud to be involved with Canadian Blood Services."

Raymond will be part of a group of players including Jeff Fuller, Randy Chevrier and Yannick Carter who will be at the Canadian Blood Services building (737 13th Ave. SW) today from 3-4:30 p.m. to sign autographs for anyone who makes an appointment to donate blood.

The Stamps will return to Canadian Blood Services on Mar. 25, Apr. 8 and Apr. 22 with involvement by player spouses, Stampeders staff and members of the Outriders dance and cheer team.
