
Stamps participate in Stampede parade

(Calgary) â The Calgary Stampeder Football Club is looking forward to Friday, July 9th as they will be participating in the annual Stampede parade.
General Manager and Head Coach Matt Dunigan, Quarterback Marcus Crandell, Defensive Lineman Joe Fleming, Defensive Back Joey Boese, Ralph the Dog, the Outriders and of course Karyn Drake and the Stampeder Touchdown Horse will represent the Stampeders as one of over 160 entries in this year's Stampede parade.
Traditionally the parade, consisting of marching bands, floats, RCMP, Stampede Queen and Princesses and hundreds of horses, kicks-off Stampede and is watched by over 2 million viewers.
