BOISE, Idaho - Durrelll Summers had 23 points and eight rebounds and Sean Evans had 15 points and 12 rebounds, but the Idaho Stampede lost to the Los Angeles D-Fenders 100-92. Justin Harper added 20 points off the bench before fouling out.
Elijah Millsap had 21 points and Gary Flowers had 19 points and 13 rebounds for L.A. (10-16). The D-Fenders shot 51.4 percent from the field and made 21-of-29 free throws in the win. Idaho shot just 42.9 percent and made only 5-of-24 three-pointers. The Stampede never led in the second half as they made only 1 three-pointer in the final two quarters.
Coby Karl had 12 points and six assists and Justin Holiday had 10 points, but the two combined to make just 1-of-10 three-point attempts for Idaho (8-18).
The Stampede play their next game at home against the Santa Cruz Warriors on Feb. 9 before a Sunday matinee at 3:30 the next day.
