Reno Silver Sox News Release
Despite a 6-0 lead, The Reno Silver Sox were unable to hold off St. George Friday as the Roadrunners rallied to in 8-6.
Kevin Frederick started the game for the Silver Sox but had to leave with an apparent shoulder injury in the second inning.
1B Ryan Brown had a three hit game for the Silver Sox, and SS Andre Alvarado knocked in a pair of runs.
The Silver Sox took the lead into the 8th inning when St. George rallied to score four runs and take and 8-6 lead that they would not relinquish.
The Sox will be back in action at home on Saturday and Sunday with Sunday being family night, where the whole family gets in for only $14! Tickets are always available here at silversoxbaseball.com.
