Sportsnet's Sam Cosentino to Headline Thursday Night Live Presented by Subway, Week 11

(Peterborough, ON) - Junior Hockey Analyst for Rogers Sportsnet Sam Cosentino is this week's special guest on Thursday Night Live (TNL) presented by Subway. TNL airs Thursday, December 3 at 8:00 pm, exclusively on the Petes Facebook page.

TNL Week 11 will provide an in-depth look at Cosentino's career path beginning as a play-by-play announcer for the Canadian Baseball League before broadcasting for the CHL, AHL and NHL. He will also chat about several Petes alumni and share his thoughts on potential 2021 NHL draft pick Mason McTavish.

During TNL's first intermission, the Petes will be providing fans the opportunity to bake holiday treats with Chef Niall McDonald. McDonald is the owner and operator of Tapas N Tales and will be teaching fans at home how to make his fudge chocolate brownie cookies with bourbon hazelnut ganache. Ingredients for the dish can be accessed on the Petes Facebook page and website.

This week's second intermission musical guest will be pop R&B singer Ella Fischer-Slack. The Peterborough local artist has made appearances at the Peterborough Memorial Centre singing O'Canada prior to Petes games.
