Windsor Spitfires News Release
Windsor Spitfires General Manager Warren Rychel announced today that the team has traded veteran defenceman Adrian Robertson to the Sarnia Sting in exchange for Sarnia's (Soo) 3rd round pick in the 2012 OHL Priority Draft, Sarnia's 2nd round pick in 2016 as well as Sarnia's 2nd pick in 2017.
"Adrian was a class act on and off the ice," said Rychel. "He represented himself and the team very professionally. I'd like to thank him for everything he's done for the Spitfires Organization. This should give him the opportunity for a long playoff run this season."
Robertson currently has 9 goals for 33 points and a +8 rating in 39 games with Windsor this season and is 3rd in OHL scoring among defencemen.
