Saginaw, Mich. - The Saginaw Spirit (11-6-1-0) finish their three-game weekend by hosting the Peterborough Petes (10-5-1-2) Sunday at the Dow Event Center in Saginaw, Michigan.

The Spirit won 4-3 in overtime against the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds Saturday, November 12, at the Dow Event Center in Saginaw, Michigan. Pavel Mintyukov scored twice in the victory.
T-Bone Codd scored the overtime winner for his second goal of the season. Liam Storch registered his first OHL point with an assist.
Last night, the Petes won 3-2 in a shootout against the Flint Firebirds at the Dort Financial Center in Flint, Michigan. Tucker Robertson scored his ninth goal in the win. J. R. Avon scored the shootout-winning goal.

Anaheim Ducks prospect Pavel Mintyukov leads the Spirit in points with 26 and assists with 16. Mintyukov is tied with 2025 NHL draft eligible Michael Misa for the team lead in goals with 10. New York Islanders prospect Tristan Lennox leads the team with a 3.19 goals against average (GAA) and an .881 save percentage (SV%).
Brennan Othmann, who was acquired last night via a trade with the Flint Firebirds, and Vancouver Canucks prospect Connor Lockhart are tied for the Peterborough points lead with 24. Lockhart leads the Petes in assists with 17, and Othmann leads in goals with 11. Liam Sztuska leads the team with a 2.18 GAA and a .928 SV%.
The Spirit have four (4) players drafted into the National Hockey League (NHL), including Pavel Mintyukov (Anaheim), Matyas Sapovaliv (Vegas), Josh Bloom (Buffalo), and Tristan Lennox (New York Islanders).
The Petes have six (6) players drafted into the NHL, including Brennan Othmann (New York Rangers), J.R. Avon (Philadelphia, free agent), Connor Lockhart (Vancouver), Chase Stillman (New Jersey), Tucker Robertson (Seattle), and Brian Zanetti (Philadelphia).
