Extra Precautions will be taken for Friday's playoff game at Mississippi Coast Coliseum

BILOXI, Miss. - The Mississippi Sea Wolves announced today that all hockey fans attending Friday's playoff game against the Pensacola Ice Pilots at 7:35 p.m. at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum will receive special treatment from the authorities in anticipation of 'Black Spring Break'.

Hockey fans are asked to enter and exit the Coast Coliseum in Biloxi from Pass Road to Beauvoir (South) on Friday evening and avoid Highway 90 (Beach Boulevard). Hockey fans turning onto Beauvoir (South) are asked to turn on your emergency lights to receive a quicker more efficient access to the Coast Coliseum. The Chief of Police in Biloxi has assured there will be a more intense police presence between 5:30-8 p.m. and after the game. Last year, most of the high traffic was after 11 p.m.

It is recommended hockey fans head to the Mississippi Coast Coliseum 15 minutes earlier than usual on Friday to ensure a timely arrival at the game for the 7:35 p.m. faceoff.
