Sparks To Hold Open Practice At Centennial High School

LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles Sparks will hold their 2nd annual open practice in Corona at Centennial High School on September 3rd from 3:30-7:00pm.

The traveling practice is an opportunity for the City of Corona to come together to support the Centennial High School Girl's basketball program as well as experience an exclusive Sparks practice. The event is sponsored locally by Miguel's, RA Sushi, Philly's Best Cheese Steaks, TGIFridays, Awards & Specialties, Monster Energy and Hansen's Beverages.

The Sparks will run a full practice led by Head Coach Michael Cooper that will include interactive drills and contests during breaks. When the practice concludes, Sparks players and coaches will participate in a Q & A session and prize drawing.

The Sparks will also participate in a special meet-and-greet with the Centennial High School Girl's basketball team in an effort to motivate and inspire the team.

Tickets to the Sparks traveling practice not only give fans an exclusive opportunity to watch the Sparks practice, ask questions and participate in on-court contests but also include admission to the Sparks final regular season home game on September 11th against the Minnesota Lynx at STAPLES Center at 7:30pm.
