Sparks and Department of Children and Family Services to Host Celebrity Basketball Game

LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles Sparks and Department of Children and Family Services have teamed up to host the 3rd Annual DCFS "One Child at a Time" Celebrity Basketball Game on Sunday, June 23, following the Sparks home game vs. the Washington Mystics at 5:30 p.m. at STAPLES Center.

Sparks guard Lindsey Harding will serve as the honorary coach of the "One Child at a Time" team with celebrities such as Snoop (Dogg) Lion, Mark Cuban, Zendaya, Disney's Ochoa Boyz, the cast of the Sons of Anarchy and other celebrities who will be in attendance.

Other special appearances include Dance Crew from the hit TV Show ABDC and half time performances by Disney's "Pair of Kings" Ryan Ochoa and the Ochoa Boyz, Kenton Duty (from Shake it Up) and TEAM Wednesday Child-Nexus, Lotis, & Sean McNabb (from Sons of Anarchy) and many more.

Proceeds from the event will help provide services for more than 36,000 foster children in the Department of Children and Family Services, Children's Trust Fund and Scholarships for college bound foster youth.

The "And 1 All-Stars vs. OCAAT Celebrity Players" game will immediately follow the conclusion of the Sparks vs. Mystics game. Both games are included in the purchase of a ticket. For a complete list of celebrities and special appearances, visit childrenstrustfund.net.
