Space Cowboys to Host Three Summer Camps in 2023

SUGAR LAND, TX - The Sugar Land Space Cowboys will host three separate summer baseball camps in 2023 with two camps in June and one in August.

The three camps are scheduled for the following days:

- June 14 to June 16

- June 28 to June 30

- August 2 to August 4

Each day of the camp runs from 9 am to 12 pm and includes drills, skills competitions and instruction in an organized and enjoyable atmosphere at a Triple-A ballpark. Former Major League pitcher and Space Cowboys' Manager Mickey Storey, along with Space Cowboys' players, will lead the camp, giving kids an opportunity to learn from the future stars of the Houston Astros.

Registration is $185 per child and each camp will be capped at 125 children. Registration is available here or can be completed online at SLSpaceCowboys.com. Kids ages 6 to 12 can register and will also receive an official camp t-shirt plus one free ticket to the game on the final day of camp, all of which are Freddy's Fireworks Friday. Additional tickets are available for purchase for June 16, June 30 and August 4 for parents and friends at a discounted rate.

The Space Cowboys begin a six-game road series on Tuesday night in Oklahoma City against the Dodgers. Sugar Land has not named a starter for the opener while Oklahoma City is scheduled to throw RHP Gavin Stone for a 7:05 pm first pitch.
