Great Falls, MT - The Great Falls White Sox have announced that RHP Ryan Rote has been promoted from Great Falls to Kannapolis (A-South Atlantic League) and that RHP Jason Stumm has reached the limit on his rehab assignment and can no longer pitch for Great Falls.
