South Carolina's Protsenko Suspended One Game

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced on Tuesday that it has suspended South Carolina right wing Boris Protsenko for one game as a result of his actions in ECHL Playoff Game #14 against Columbia on April 10.

At 20:00 of the first period, Protsenko was assessed a match penalty for kicking under Rule 43(a) Attempt to Injure.

Per ECHL rules, the match penalty carries an automatic one-game suspension.

Protsenko will miss South Carolina's game vs. Columbia (Apr. 13).
