Nashville Sounds News Release

NASHVILLE — The Nashville Sounds will host their second "Non-Profit Night" of the 2003 season at Greer Stadium on Monday, August 25 during their 7 p.m. game against the division-rival New Orleans Zephyrs (AAA-Astros).

All local non-profit groups that submit a ticket request in writing will be issued complimentary tickets for the game, which is sponsored by BC Headache Powder. Greer Stadium, the home ballpark of the Sounds, holds just over 10,000 fans.

Ticket requests should be made on company letterhead and directed to the attention of Brandon Vonderharr by fax at 615-256-5684 or by mail at 534 Chestnut St., Nashville, TN 37203. Requests will be filled until all available tickets are distributed.

This is the second of two occurrences of the unique promotion this season. Approximately 2,500 fans from non-profit entities attended the Sounds' first "Non-Profit Night" on April 21 vs. New Orleans.

Tickets to all Nashville Sounds games are available online at www.nashvillesounds.com or by calling 615-242-4371.
