MONTERREY, MEXICO - The Seattle Sounders FC scored two first-half goals but Group C leader CF Monterrey answered with three goals in four minutes as Seattle lost, 3-2, in round four of the CONCACAF Champions League group stage at Estadio Tecnologico on Wednesday night.
After an own goal, Mike Fucito scored in his first professional start to give Seattle a 2-0 lead at halftime. Monterrey then scored three second-half goals, including a penalty kick in the 78th minute that proved to be the game-winner.
