Sounders FC Continues Home Stand against Sporting Kansas City on Saturday

SEATTLE, WASH. - Following a 1-1 draw with Los Angeles FC last weekend, Sounders FC (6-6-2, 20 points) faces Western Conference opponent Sporting Kansas City (4-9-4, 16 points) in a nationally-televised matchup on Saturday afternoon at Lumen Field (12:00 p.m. PT / ABC, Sirius XM FC, 93.3 KJR FM, El Rey 1360 AM).
Sounders FC sits seventh in the Western Conference with 20 points in 14 games played this season, while Sporting Kansas City is in 12th place with 16 points from 16 matches. Since Seattle joined MLS in 2009, the Rave Green hold a 10-9-4 advantage in regular season matchups against Kansas City.
Following tomorrow's match, Seattle concludes its home stand, hosting CF Montréal on Wednesday, June 29 (7:00 p.m. PT / FOX 13+, Prime Video, 93.3 KJR FM, El Rey 1360 AM).
