
Snowbears take season opener over Visalia

Salt Lake City, UT. ABA professional basketball returned with a bang in the season opener in Salt Lake City in front of over 1000 loud supportive fans. Clay Tucker led the Snowbears in their 132-96 runaway win over the newly formed, but hardplaying Visalia team led by Shannon Swillis 25 points and Chris Jefferies 24 points.
Rebounding was the difference with Utah commanding the boards by 44-20. Tucker had 19, Harold Arceneaux 18 and Jared Ramirez had 17 with 5-3 point shots.
