The Minnesota Twins have activated right handed starter Brad Stillings and promoted lefty Sam Spangler from Elizabethton to fill out the Snappers 25-Man roster.
Stillings (7-4) has been on the DL since June 9th with a right shoulder injury will start against the Burlington Bees Wednesday night at Community Field in Iowa. Second on the team with seven wins Stillings has pitched in 15 games in which he has started all 15 with 57 strike outs.
A 41st round pick in the 2010 First-Year Player Draft, Spangler has started two games of his nine appearances where he has struck out 21 batters over 20 innings pitched while at Elizabethton.
