
Smokies Featured on D.I.Y Network this Weekend

Sevierville, Tenn.- The Tennessee Smokies will be featured on a Baseball Marathon program this Saturday night on the Do It Yourself Network (D.I.Y).
A D.I.Y crew visited Smokies Park in mid-April to shoot for the special, which also includes visits to the Louisville Slugger factory and Cal Ripken's Aberdeen Ironbirds. Smokies trainer Christophe Conroy and former pitcher Cheyenne Janke are featured on a segment regarding glove maintenance, while announcer Tom Hart appears on a segment on how to score a baseball game. The Tennessee Smokies are the Double A affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals and are currently in first place of the Eastern Division of the Southern League.
The D.I.Y. network is a division of Scripps Networks, which is also home to Food Network, HGTV, and Shop at Home.
