Eugene Emeralds News Release
EUGENE, OR - For the second straight year Sluggo, the bright green bear mascot of the Eugene Emeralds, will be spreading the love this Valentine's Day. Teaming with Dandelions Flowers & Gifts and Sweet Life Patisserie, Sluggo will be making special deliveries complete with a bouquet of flowers, a box of chocolates and a pair of four-game mini-plans.
In addition to the mixed flower bouquet, Sweet Life Patisserie is providing an Emeralds inspired dark chocolate treat with neon green topping in a heart-shaped box. The mini-plans get you the same two great seats to four premium Emeralds games this summer including your choice between Opening Night Friday June 14th and the Independence Day fireworks display on July 3rd. This entire Valentine's Package is $100. Orders can be placed over the phone by calling the Ems front office at (541) 342-5367
Time slots for delivery will be available for the 13th and 14th of February between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Orders will be capped at 30. There may be an additional fee for deliveries further than 10 miles from PK Park (but everything's negotiable).
"It was such a fun promotion last year," said Allan Benavides Emeralds General Manager. "The reactions to Sluggo were priceless. It's cool to give folks a taste of what it's like to have a mascot in your office every day."
